The Management Committee shall have the power to admit members of other organizations with similar objects or individuals or officers of the Police/ Armed Forces into the Club as Associate members. Associate members shall enjoy the use of the facilities of the Club but shall not be eligible to participate in the management of the Club, or be entitled to attend or vote at any general meeting or to claim a share of the property of the Club upon its dissolution. An Associate member who wishes to convert to an Ordinary member may apply in writing to the Management Committee in the prescribed form and pay the difference between the initial entrance fees paid by the Associate member and the entrance fees payable by an Ordinary member at the time such application is made. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, the Management Committee shall have the sole discretion to accept such application subject to the provisions of this Constitution and which decision shall be final.
